Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Bridal Dupatta”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to the person accessing our website or placing an order.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing BridalDupatta.com or placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are customized, personalized, or specially prepared according to the customer’s requirements.

Customization may include colour, fabric, size or dimensions, embroidery, borders, motifs, initials or names, special embellishments, dupatta length or width, matching details, or other customer-specific requirements.

Because customized products are prepared specifically for you, they may not be suitable for resale to another customer. Please choose your customization details carefully before confirming your order.

4. ORDER INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including name, shipping address, contact number, email address, product selection, colour, size or measurements, embroidery details, and other customization requirements.

Please carefully review all details before completing your purchase. If incorrect information is provided by the customer and the product is made according to those instructions, Bridal Dupatta will not be responsible for the resulting customization.

5. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

Because our products are customized and specially prepared for individual customers, all orders must be paid for in full before production begins.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customized products.

Orders will be processed for customization only after successful receipt of payment.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time; however, the applicable price for an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is successfully placed.

Where applicable, shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products. We may send an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another communication channel provided by you.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is a product availability issue, pricing or listing error, incorrect information, suspected fraud, delivery limitation, technical error, or other legitimate reason.

8. CUSTOMIZATION CONFIRMATION

For certain customized orders, we may contact you through WhatsApp, email, phone, or another communication method to confirm customization details.

The customer is responsible for checking and approving the details communicated to them. Where written confirmation or approval is provided, production may proceed based on that approval.

After production has started, modifications requested by the customer may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delays.

9. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

If cancellation is requested before customization or production begins, we will review the request and, where possible, process the cancellation.

Once customization, embroidery, cutting, stitching, sourcing of special materials, or other production work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any refund, where applicable, will be considered based on the stage of production and costs already incurred.

10. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Because customized products are prepared specifically for each customer, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product.

Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in wedding outfit
  • Change in personal preference
  • Choosing a different colour or design after receiving the product
  • Ordering the wrong size or dimensions
  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
  • Ordering multiple products and deciding not to keep one
  • No longer requiring the product
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen or display settings
  • Minor handcrafted variations in embroidery, fabric, texture, motifs, or finishing

11. WHEN CAN A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT BE REQUESTED?

Although customized products are generally non-returnable, we will assist you if there is a genuine issue attributable to Bridal Dupatta.

Product Defect

The product has a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect.

Customization Error

The product does not match the customization confirmed by the customer because of an error made by Bridal Dupatta.

Wrong Product

You received a materially different product from the one confirmed in your order.

Significant Transit Damage

The product was significantly damaged during shipping and arrives in an unusable or materially damaged condition.

12. REPORTING A PRODUCT ISSUE

If you believe there is a defect, damage, customization mistake, or incorrect product, please contact us within [48 hours / 3 days / 7 days] of delivery. We recommend reporting any issue as soon as possible.

Please provide the order number, customer name and contact number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, video where applicable, a description of the issue, and details of the customization ordered.

13. RETURN APPROVAL

Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

14. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for checking all customization information. If a product has been correctly made according to information supplied or approved by the customer, it will generally not qualify for a return or refund because the customer later discovers that the information was incorrect.

This includes incorrect measurements, spelling, names or initials, colour selection, dimensions, design selection, or other customization details supplied or approved by the customer.

15. COLOUR & HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, display settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Handcrafted products may also have minor variations in embroidery, thread placement, motifs, texture, weaving, sequins, zari, beads, borders, or finishing. Such variations may be a natural characteristic of craftsmanship and are not necessarily considered defects.

16. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the website or at the time of order confirmation. Customized orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customization, production time, courier delays, weather, public holidays, festivals, peak wedding seasons, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Bridal Dupatta will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on BridalDupatta.com, including the brand name, logo, product photographs, website design, written content, graphics, illustrations, videos, product descriptions, designs, icons, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Bridal Dupatta unless otherwise stated.
