At Bridal Dupatta, each dupatta is a work of art—crafted with care, precision, and the finest materials. Because many of our products are custom-made for each bride, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy on customized orders. This ensures the exclusivity and integrity of every piece we create.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- All customized, made-to-order, or altered bridal dupattas are final sale.
- These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable under any circumstances, as they are uniquely tailored to your specifications.
2. Ready-to-Ship Products
For non-custom items (ready-to-ship dupattas):
- Returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While custom products cannot be refunded or returned, we do guarantee their quality:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bridaldupatta.com with photos.
- After review, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to eligible ready-to-ship products that meet our return criteria.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
