01 — CHOOSE YOUR DUPATTA

Browse our collection and select the design you love. Choose your dupatta, colour, fabric, border, embroidery/design, and available customization options. Click “Customize & Order” or “Add to Cart” to begin.

02 — SHARE YOUR CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS

Once you have selected your dupatta, provide the customization details requested on the product page. Depending on the product, this may include colour, embroidery, size and dimensions, name or initials, and special requests.

03 — PLACE YOUR PREPAID ORDER

Add your customized product to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your name, mobile number, email address, and complete shipping address, then complete the payment.

04 — WE CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS

Once your order is received, our team will review your customization details. If we need clarification, we may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, or email. For certain customized orders, we may share the final details with you for confirmation before production begins.

05 — WE CREATE YOUR DUPATTA

Once your customization is confirmed, our artisans and production team begin preparing your dupatta. Because every customized piece requires individual attention, please allow the stated processing time before dispatch. You will receive shipping/tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order. Your product will be created according to the details you provide and/or approve.
